Job Summary
The Senior Staff Accountant will manage various accounting functions for the FMM Business Services division. Responsible for day-to-day financial accounting objectives including management of month-end close process, accounts payable operations, accounts receivable inventory control, fixed assets, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Primarily responsible for bank and mortgage reconciliations, monthly and end-of-year closing.

Essential Functions

  • Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports.
  • Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets.
  • Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements.
  • Create new processes to improve financial efficiency.
  • Report analysis and findings to management team.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • 5+ years of general accounting experience, knowledge of US GAAP and solid experience with:
  • Banking/Mortgage reconciliations
  • Monthly/End-of-Year Closing
  • Budget preparation
  • Proficiency with:
  • QuickBooks accounting software, and advanced skillset of MS Excel strongly preferred

The position will support the HR Manager with the oversight of HR operations for multiple companies, in four states representing various industries.

Qualifications

Job Summary
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for collecting and recording employee time and payroll data. Audits the data to ensure all hours, tips, benefits, special earnings, deductions, and garnishments are entered in the payroll system correctly. Supports with daily and routine payroll matters, prepares various reports, special projects and assists with payroll audits. Position requires ethical and professional conduct and a high level of confidentiality due to the sensitivity of the information and situations addressed by the HR Department.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience required.
  • Multi-state and high-volume payroll experience strongly preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

IT – Server Administrator – Franklin Mountain Management | Full-Time

Job Summary
The Server Administrator is responsible for the management and daily oversight of the company servers. This position will ensure the servers are running efficiently, by conducting server updates and upgrades, routine maintenance tasks on hardware and software, resolve technical issues, oversee server activity levels, ensure server security, and develop new system structures when necessary for the organization.

Essential Functions

  • Support the Active Directory infrastructure, and multiple networks.  Must ensure necessary administrative tasks are completed and direct others as necessary.
  • Manage and maintain Multi Factor Authentication.
  • Manage and maintain Office 365 account.
  • Provide backup and recovery services; manage file systems and disk space; manage virus protection on a routine basis.
  • Create and maintain user and computer accounts and modify file permissions and security access lists.
  • Test new releases of products to ensure compatibility and minimize user impact.
  • Develop and document technical processes and procedures as needed.
  • Maintain security audit and logging information on all classified networked and standalone computers as directed by the Information Technology Manager.
  • Recommend and implement system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system including installing, upgrading/patching, monitoring, problem resolution, and configuration management.
  • Make recommendations to purchase hardware, software, system components.
  • Interact, meet, discuss, and troubleshoot issues with vendors; evaluate vendor products, services, and suggestions.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or IT related field of study strongly preferred.
  • 5 years’ experience supporting Windows Operating Systems, troubleshooting Window Servers, and providing high level of support on systems, investigating, analyzing, and resolving difficult problems on network components and multi-purpose platform systems.
  • Advance knowledge of:
  • Group Policy (GPO)
  • Virtualization technologies – VMWare, AWS, and Azure
  • Microsoft office 365 Suite
  • Available to work after hours and weekends as needed.
  • Periodic travel may be required, includes local day trips and overnight stays to support regional locations.

FMPS is seeking a maintenance professional to join their team in the role of Building Facilities Trades Helper.  This position is based in our corporate office building located downtown El Paso, we offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunity for advancement.

Job Summary
The Facilities Trades Helper is a building facilities maintenance position responsible for the general maintenance and work orders of internal and external common areas, grounds, and facilities of the office building(s).

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

  • Plumbing: Address issues as they arise with sewer drain systems, kitchen/lavatory faucets, commodes, urinals, and automatic flush valves sensors. Assist with the repairs of water softener system, and domestic water booster pump stations.
  • Electrical: Repair/replacement of electrical components such as light switches, wall outlets, light bulbs and ballasts, fan coil motors.
  • Carpentry: General maintenance of the facilities, wall repairs/painting, ceiling and floor tile, minor carpet repairs, installation/replacement of doors and door hardware, minor concrete repairs, minor roof leak repairs.
  • HVAC: Assist HVAC technician with systems repairs and preventive maintenance fan coil unit air filters, fain coil water pumps, evaporator cleaning, chiller system condenser coils, cleaning of electrical controls, chilled/heating circulating water pumps and motors, hot water boilers system and commercial kitchen exhaust air filtration system.

Required Education and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of building maintenance experience required, with working knowledge of carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing trades.
  • Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • Able to work weekends and evenings, as necessary.


Physical Requirements
This job will require constant squatting, stooping, twisting, reaching, standing, bending and/or kneeling. Frequent lifting and carrying of objects that exceed 50 lbs., and on occasion pushing/pulling of objects that exceed 50 lbs.

Required Education and Experience
